These sales conditions apply to all sales of goods from the online store to consumers and in the case of online store sales. The customer's order confirmation/order together with these conditions form the overall contractual basis for the trade.
When buying from us, you can choose between payment on collection or paying the invoice before we send the goods, in addition we offer invoices and partial payments from Svea Finans in the online store.
Conditions here only apply to sales in Norway with Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Any shipping costs for the latter must be taken over the phone, after order registration. Customers outside this area must contact us by letter, e-mail or telephone.
Sales to consumers are, among other things, regulated in the Consumer Purchase Act and the Right of Cancellation Act.

When paying by invoice, we work with Svea Finans NUF and ResursBank. To pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number, a credit check will then be carried out. The prerequisite for paying by invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in Norway and over 18 years of age. You cannot have any payment notes. All invoices have been transferred to Svea Finans NUF's property, and release payment must only be made to Svea Finans NUF. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. Partial payment:
Through our collaboration with Svea Finans NUF and ResursBank, you can take out an account credit agreement and thus pay in installments for your purchase. You choose the credit period by ticking the campaign option that suits you. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time, within the due date.
To pay by instalments, you must enter your social security number, a credit check will then be carried out. The prerequisite for partial payment is, among other things, that you are registered as a citizen in Norway and over 18 years of age. You cannot have payment notes.
Example of effective interest rate for a purchase of NOK 4,500, duration 12 months, 6.95% interest, establishment fee NOK 295, term fee NOK 35: 43.78%. Total cost 5,386.
When you enter into an agreement on partial payment, a fixed amount is agreed which you pay every month until the product is paid off. This makes it more predictable and transparent with regard to repayment. The financing offered via Resurs Bank can be spread over up to 24 months interest-free. No interest or establishment fee is charged on the amount, only a monthly administration fee of NOK. 45

ORDER
All orders are considered binding. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all information. In addition, you will receive an e-mail with information as the order is processed by us. The products will be ordered as soon as we have registered the amount on our account or upon confirmation from Svea Finans.
Most products are produced upon order and delivery time is from 1-5 weeks.
We will notify you with a delivery date when confirmation has been received from the supplier, approximately 2-3 working days.
ON RECEIPT OF ITEM
When you receive an item, you as a customer have a duty to investigate the item. Any damage to the product must be reported to us or the shipping company within 24 hours so that you have the opportunity to be compensated for the damage from Peisbutikken as, the shipping company or the manufacturer of the product.
